Constructed with multi-layer natural rubber and high-tensile Kevlar cord reinforcement, it accommodates wide variations in pipe diameters while maintaining exceptional airtight and watertight seal integrity under demanding back-pressure.

NR + Kevlar Reinforcement Matrix: Constructed from premium vulcanised natural rubber (NR) reinforced with multiple plies of Kevlar aramid cord, offering extreme puncture resistance, ozone stability, and temperature tolerance from -40°C to +70°C.

FIELD DEPLOYMENT PROTOCOL

Step-by-Step Operating & Safety Guidelines

Pipe Bore Inspection

Inspect pipe interior and remove sharp gravel, protruding taps, or metal burrs that could compromise the rubber body.

Tether Anchoring

Always connect a certified safety steel tether or retrieval rope to the eyebolt and secure to an external trench shoring anchor.

Controlled Inflation

Inflate slowly using a calibrated pressure controller with a relief valve. Never exceed the rated bar on the product nameplate.

Depressurise & Extract

Release upstream back-pressure completely before venting plug air. Once deflated, pull gently by the tether—never pull by inflation hoses.
